coz too tired n not feeling well- giddy, stomache, shoulder pain!!
ytd's physical quite tiring! run 10 rounds at the track in my sch~ then sprint 1 round (for me lah) but the others sprint 2-3 rounds!! hahhaa.. i lucky!

sian! tml i still hav to report to sch at 10am.. got badminton physical training camp!! 10am-6pm!!!! OMG~ PHYSICAL TRAINING MEANS CARRY WEIGHTS, RUNNING , DRILL STROKES FOR BMT, ETCs.... dying mann!!
haix.. tml will be the worst day for all~ then this coming monday will be my doubles matches!! haha~ against singapore sports sch!!!
